Typically we ship the Wednesday before the release date.  

Cancellation of an order by the customer will result in a 4% cancellation Fee. 

If we have to cancel due to allocation issues then we cover the FEE. We will never Cancel an order over rising market prices. Once you order with us you are locked in at that price
