CCG Returns Policy
Sealed CCG Products
All sealed collectible card game (CCG) products are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Booster packs
  • Booster boxes
  • Elite Trainer Boxes
  • Pre-release kits
  • Special collections and sealed promotional items
This policy exists to protect the integrity of sealed products.
Single Cards
  • Single cards may be returned within 7 business days of purchase.
  • Returned singles must be in the same condition as originally sold, with no additional wear, damage, bending, creasing, or surface marks.
  • Singles returned in altered condition will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Final Sale Exceptions
Returns will only be accepted for:
  • Incorrect items received
  • Items damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Pre-Order & Pre-Release Policy

Pre-Order Products
Pre-order (or pre-release) items are products that are not yet released or in stock at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order with The Ript Zone, you are reserving an item that will ship once it becomes available.
Shipping Timeline
Our goal is to have pre-order items delivered on or within 1–2 business days of the official release date.
  • Pre-orders typically ship the Wednesday prior to release.
  • Shipping dates are estimates and may vary due to distributor delivery schedules or carrier delays.
  • The Ript Zone is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.
Pricing Guarantee
  • All pre-orders are price locked at the time of purchase.
  • The Ript Zone will never cancel an order due to market price changes or increased demand.
Cancellations
  • Customer-requested cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be canceled.
Allocation & Supply Issues
In rare cases, manufacturers or distributors may reduce or cancel product allocations.
  • If The Ript Zone is unable to fulfill your pre-order due to allocation issues:
    • We will cover all fees, and
    • You will receive a full refund or the option of store credit.
Final Sale
Once a pre-order item has shipped or been picked up, it is considered final sale, except in cases of:
  • Items damaged during transit
  • Incorrect items received
Agreement
